BLANCO RESERVA - Exceptional elegance

This vermouth was inspired by our desire to produce a vermouth enriched with the Mediterranean citrus aroma that is so typical of the area around our winery.

We mix an infusion of aromatic herbs with the peel of several different citrus fruits.

After several months of maceration, we add old white mistella (sweet wine), which we keep especially for this vermouth.

Scent: Aromatically intense and very pleasant.

Memories of sweet herbs such as star anise, lemon verbena, quina and angelica. Balanced and complex.

Mouth: The taste is elegant, smooth, refined and well-rounded, with a light sweetness and also some bitterness.

The elegant and citrus-fruity finish ensures freshness and an excellent aftertaste, giving this vermouth a gourmet touch.

Vermouth made from a unique infusion of aromatic herbs and aged in a barrel before bottling at our winery.
