Additional time spent in a proprietary fining method results in a smoother, richer flavor and robust profile.
Made from 100% blue agave from the Mexican highlands of Jalisco, this crystal clear distillate (cristalino) can be described as buttery, aromatic and well defined.
After a sip, a mixture of spices and wood emerges, while a long rest awakens deeper notes of nuts and vanilla.
After aging in an oak barrel, a complex filtration process removes the amber color and spiciness of the liquid.
The result is a wonderfully smooth taste and a long finish that encourages relaxed sipping.
