Twin Fin Pineapple and Pink Grapefruit Rum is bold and bright, with notes of tropical fruit and zesty pink grapefruit that ignite the senses before a light and refreshing finish.
It goes great in a lively Pineapple Caipirinha cocktail or in a fresh lemonade with plenty of ice.

Twin Fin Cornish Caipirinha
50ml Twin Fin with pineapple and pink grapefruit
1/4 lime
1 teaspoon brown sugar
100ml Pineapple juice
A little soda water, a slice of pineapple {for garnish}, a sprig of mint {for garnish}
In a tall glass, mix the rum, lime, pineapple slice and sugar, stir in plenty of ice and mint, top with pineapple juice and a little soda. Garnish with a wedge of fresh pineapple.

50 ml Twin Fin Pineapple and Pink Grapefruit
150ml lemonade
Ice cubes
Grapefruit slice {for garnish}
Fill a glass with ice. Add a generous double shot of Twin Fin Pineapple and Pink Grapefruit and top with lemonade.

50 ml Twin Fin Pineapple & Grapefruit
30ml fresh lime juice
15ml Orgeat
15ml Cointreau
Lime wedge {for garnish} Mint sprig {for garnish}, add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously until very chilled. Strain over crushed ice and garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of fresh mint.
