50 ml Twin Fin Coconut & Lychee

2 teaspoons sugar

50ml Coconut water

50ml Pineapple juice

Pineapple slice {for garnish}

In a cocktail shaker, mix the rum, sugar, pineapple slice, add 50 ml of coconut water and 50 ml of pineapple juice, add lots of ice and shake.

Pour over ice into a tall glass and garnish with a pineapple slice.

150ml lemonade Ice cubes

Lemon slice {for garnish} Fill a glass with ice, add a generous double shot of Twin Fin Coconut & Lychee Rum and top with lemonade. Garnish with a lemon slice.

50ml Twin Fin Lychee and Coconut

15ml Cointreau 25ml cranberry juice

15ml Lime Lime wedge {for garnish}

Add all ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice and shake vigorously until very chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
