FROM THE CARIBBEAN TO CORNWALL - FROM COAST TO COAST

We blend the finest Caribbean rums, carefully selected from excellent distilleries across the Caribbean and transported to our distillery on the north coast of Cornwall, where they are blended with fruits and spices from around the world.

Twin Fin has a rich, smooth flavor with warm spicy notes combined with a hint of tropical aroma and a light smoky sweet finish.

We distill in our Tressa copper pot still, where we combine oak-aged Caribbean rum and a secret spice blend, then add a touch of PX Sherry for a sweeter taste.

Distilled in small batches on the wild Cornish coast by the master distiller behind Tarquin's Cornish Gin. No added sugar.

Twin Fin Beach Cooler

50 ml Twin Fin Spiced Golden Rum

150ml soda water

Fresh mint sprigs ½ lime

A teaspoon of brown sugar

Mix lime and sugar in a highball glass, add

Twin Fin Spiced Golden Rum and mint with plenty of ice, stir and top up with soda.

Garnish with a sprig of mint and a wedge of lime for the perfect summer cocktail.

Twin Fin Laid Back Martini

50 ml Twin Fin Spiced Golden

25ml Kahlua

25ml fresh espresso

1 teaspoon sugar

Add ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice and shake until ice cold, double strain into a glass with ice and a large ice cube.

Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

Twin Fin Cornish Sunset

50 ml Twin Fin Spiced Golden

150ml Ginger Beer

2 drops Angostura Bitters

Squeeze 2 limes

Mix Twin Fin Spiced Golden and ginger beer in a tall glass with plenty of ice, add 2 drops of Angostura Bitters and 2 squeezed lime wedges and stir lightly.

Garnish with a lime wedge for the perfect sunset cocktail.
