► VENEZUELA BOCATHÉVA 15YO
This Venezuelan rum is a molasses rum, aged for 15 years exclusively in Venezuela, in American bourbon oak barrels. For its production, sugarcane of the Romana and Cubana varieties is used, which is harvested only once a year between December and May, continuously day and night. Fermentation takes 12 to 16 hours and distillation is carried out using four distillation columns. After that, the rum with around 65% alcohol by volume is poured into barrels and left to mature in Venezuela, whose tropical climate gives it an exotic aroma and a wonderful roundness. Bocathéva 15-year-old rum offers complex notes of dried fruit and a long, elegant finish.
