  This process ensures that flavors and characteristic top notes are not burnt during distillation.

  The current Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin enters the still and is extracted in 3 streams:

  Water

  Existing Whitley Neill flavors and fragrances

  Alcohol

  At the end of this process, the water and flavours/aromatics are mixed, creating a zero-alcohol "gin" once again.
