  OUR GIN WITHOUT ALCOHOL IS JUST AS GREAT TASTE WITHOUT ALCOHOL. INSPIRED BY THE BEAUTY OF THE ENGLISH COUNTRY GARDEN.

  THE ESSENCE OF RHUBARBORY DELIVERS A BITTER AND FRESH INTENSE WHILE REAL GINGER WARMS THE TASTE CELLS.

  This alcohol-free still is produced in the UK's only rotary cone vacuum still.

  This process ensures that flavors and characteristic top notes are not burnt during distillation.

  The current Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin enters the still and is extracted in 3 streams:

  -water

  -existing Whitley Neill flavors and fragrances

  -alcohol

  At the end of this process, the water and flavors/aromatics are mixed, creating a zero-alcohol "gin" once again.
