Ojo de Tigre Joven Ojo de Tigre Joven is a product of maguey Tobala from Puebla and maguey Espadín from Oaxaca.
The production of this mezcal involves cooking the agave in underground ovens, grinding the roasted agaves using a pestle and double distillation in a copper alembic still.
Production takes place in Tlacolula De Matamoros, Oaxaca at Casa Ausencio León.
Mezcal has flavors of toasted spices and apple blossoms with fresh herbs, cooked agave and the tangy sweetness of kiwi wrapped in a subtle smoke.
