It is the creation of maestro mezcaler Cesáre Rodríguez.

The ratio in the composition of this mezcal is 60% Cuishe, 30% Barril, both from the Karawinski family, and 10% Espadín.

A conical stone oven is used for cooking and a Tahona de piedra oven for grinding.

Distillation is done in a copper pot still.

The Palenque in which this mezcal is produced is located in Las Salinas. This is the Palenque of the BRUXO family, which is the furthest from the capital of the state.
