The intention of the brothers Rafael and Cassiano Agapito, who created Fuba, was to produce the most delicious cachaça according to traditional recipes combined with modern and sustainable techniques. The result is an extremely versatile cocktail ingredient from the heart of Brazil that has been double-distilled with no added sugar to create a dry cachaça that's perfect for mixing.
