By deliberately choosing lemon as a key botanical, Setouchi aims to create a gin that is easy to drink for everyone, from beginners to connoisseurs.
The gin combines carefully selected ingredients such as lemon, Japanese green tea, which pairs well with lemon, and high-quality spring water from 60 meters underground on Mount Haigamine, a free-standing mountain 737 meters above the city of Kure.
