GinRaw Cherry Blossom Gin is a delicate and irresistible tribute to cherry blossoms with sloe and spice.

It is distilled at a low temperature to preserve the taste and aroma of the botanicals used.

The composition of this unique gin contains only 100% natural ingredients, no dyes or added sugars are used.

Gin has an excellent intensity of aroma.

Fresh cherry notes, a hint of green aromas, blackberries, spices and juniper blend beautifully.

The taste is full and voluminous on the palate.

The juniper aroma is well balanced.

Behind the production of the gin are again 2 entrepreneurs and 4 masters in various fields: a perfumer with 40 years of experience with perfumes, the founder of the world's first dessert restaurant Espai Sucre, a creative mixologist and the best Spanish sommelier of 2012.

These people came together to create the perfect combination of aromas and flavors.

GinRaw is produced only in small quantities with an alcohol content of 37.5%.

We recommend serving it with tonic and ice, accompanied by cherries or citrus fruits.

The result is a gin with full flavor, exceptional quality and an explosion of aromas. It is distilled at a low temperature, and its taste and aroma are given by leaves of lemon trees, lime, cardamom, coriander or laurel.

The unusual and unique GinRaw is produced in small batches as 42.3%.

Aroma: juniper, fresh pine and spices in the foreground, lime peel and coriander in the background.

Palate: herbal, leafy and initially spicy, followed by a wave of citrus.
