This gin is a very classic expression of London Dry gin, focusing on one citrus, dried orange peel. The profile is full, with earthy spice and bittersweet balance at the fore.

Aroma : Soft and full. Juniper still present, now followed by a bittersweet candied orange flavor. The fragrance is lightened by a delicate floral undertone.

Palate: Strong notes of candied orange, a touch of white pepper and a firm base of juniper. Seemingly a bit sweeter and smoother than the original. A pleasant oily texture cools the mouth.
