Matsui Gin "The Hakuto Premium" is a gem, proudly produced by Kurayoshi Distillery. A blend of botanicals, finished with spring water sourced from the Daisen Mountains, creates a spicy yet sweet and refreshingly complex gin. Hakuto means "white rabbit" and the name comes from, among other things, a legend associated with the prefecture of Tottori, where the Kurayoshi distillery is located. Fresh but spicy aromas with a pepper note and complex Japanese botanicals at 47% alcohol by volume give this gin maximum flavor, which is characterized by depth and intensity.
TASTING NOTES COLOR: Clear.
AROMA: Floral and herbal, notes of citrus with lingering fresh pears.
TASTE: Fruity with fresh pears and green apples, pepper notes and notes of green tea. Excellent strength thanks to 47% alcohol by volume.
