This Spanish brandy from the Andalusia region is made from Airén and Ungi Blanc grapes and brandy from French Cognac.

The grapes come from the famous Jerez region in southern Spain, where sherry is produced.

The brandy is stored in 100-year-old Pedro Ximénez barrels.
