Named after the Cuban valley where the best tobacco leaves are harvested, Gautier XO Pinar Del Rio Cognac is an excellent XO Cognac.
This Extra Old Cognac was made with eaux-de-vie from Maison Gautier's Cave Paradisiaque especially for cigar lovers.
It allows connoisseurs to preserve all the flavors of cognac in the mouth while respecting the character of each cigar.
It is an award-winning cognac that is made from eaux-de-vie such as Fins Bois to give it body, Borderies for its smoothness and Fine Champagne for its "gentleness" and length in the mouth.
This powerful and complex blend was assembled in collaboration with legendary Cuban cigar master Don Alejandro Robaina to create the ultimate cigar blend.
Nose: Big and rich spices and dried fruit, vanilla and dark cedar wood.
Taste: There is more delicacy in the taste, hints of pot pourri, figs and woody vanilla spice.
Finish : Medium and rounded.
Overall: Designed to be drunk neat with a Havana cigar, which we definitely do.

With the same care, our team of fifteen enthusiastic people ensure the maturation of our eaux-de-vie in an ancient water mill above the river Osme, because we know that it is the natural humidity of our cellars that gives our cognac its unique rich and delicate character.
