  Blends from special stocks It is in the "Paradise Cellar" of Maison GAUTIER that a miracle takes place when our cellar master, Isabelle COUPRIE, decides to blend rare eaux-de-vie from the oldest stocks , which until now have been slowly matured independently. She realizes that she is the owner of a divine blend with an unsurpassed aromatic complexity.

  This is how EDEN cognac was discovered, which is still kept in a quiet hiding place in oak barrels. This quiet rest in the humid environment of Maison GAUTIER's cellars has allowed the various eaux-de-vies to reach a unique richness and find their place in this wonderful blend.

  EDEN Irritating, Divine, Complex

  TASTING NOTE Dark amber color. Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Fins Bois areas to achieve length, elegance and structure. An elegant and intense bouquet of candied fruit with a bitter orange flavor wrapped in divinely sweet honey. Spicy, woody notes with a hint of candied and grilled fruit on the finish.

  THE BEST WAY TO SERVE EDEN is a rare, wonderful and complex blend of the oldest stocks from Maison GAUTIER's paradise cellar ("Chai Paradis") to be enjoyed neat, in small sips.

  ATTRACTIONS

  EDEN comes in a decanter with clean lines and an elegantly etched medallion depicting Adam and Eve. Each decanter is numbered. The cabinet is made of teak wood, a rare dark brown wood from Burma, with a special guilloche decoration.
